Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou kontroly zaměstnanců ze strany zaměstnavatele. Autorka se zabývá právy a povinnostmi jednotlivých subjektů při výkonu této kontroly, předmětem kontroly a jejím výkonem samotným.
