Abstract:

Název diplomové práce: „Zneužívání seniorů pro komerční účely.“ Počet slov: 24 183 (bez příloh 22 935) Počet znaků (včetně mezer): 161 462 (152 951) Má diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou životní situace a životních potřeb seniorů v DPS Lipník nad Bečvou. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou na kterou práce odpovídá je: „Cílem diplomové práce je porozumět aspektům životní situace seniorů, na které reagují zájezdní prodejní akce“. Vycházím zejména z praktických zkušeností a znalosti dané problematiky. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí: teoretická část, metodologická část a analytická část. V teoretické části jsem popsala problematiku, která se dotýká životní situace seniorů a následné motivace k uspokojení životních potřeb seniorů. Dále jsem se zabývala násilím a manipulací prodejců páchaným na seniorech při prodejních akcích a nekalých prodejích. V metodologické části jsem se zabývala stanovením výzkumné strategie, operacionalizací a stanovením dílčích výzkumných otázek. Určila jsem jednotku zkoumání a jednotku zjišťování, techniku sběru dat. Analytická část směřuje k intepretaci získaných dat kvalitativního výzkumu. Tyto data jsou podkladem k zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky. V závěru jsem také aplikovala doporučení, která by mohla ukázat cestu k následné prevenci a informovanosti seniorů v dané problematice.

Title of thesis: “Abuse of older people for commercial purposes." Number of words: 24 183 (no attachments 22 935) Number of characters (including spaces): 161 462 (152 951) My thesis deals with the question of life situations and needs of seniors living in nursing homes Lipník nad Bečvou. The main research question on which this thesis is respond to: “The aim of this thesis is to understand the aspects of the life situation of seniors, responded to coaching sales events.” I come particularly from practical experience and knowledge of the topic. The work is divided into three main parts: a theoretical part, methodological part and an analytical part. In the theoretical part describes the issue that touches life situation of seniors and the subsequent motivation to meet the living needs of seniors. Then I dealt with violence and manipulation retailers committed to the seniors at sales events and unfair sales. The methodological part I focused on setting research strategies, operationalization and determination of partial research questions. I determined units of examination and units of survey, technique of data collection. Analytical part is directed to interpret acquired data qualitative research. These data are the basis for answering the main research question. In the end, I also applied the recommendations, which could show the way for the subsequent prevention and awareness of seniors in this issue.
