Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice sociálně pedagogické péče o obviněné jedince pobývající ve výkonu vazby. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části popisuji vývoj vězeňství v Evropě, České republice a také soudobé trendy v oblasti vězeňství. This bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of the socio-educational care of accused individuals residing in custody. It is divided into theoretical and empirical sections. The theoretical section describes the development of prisons in Europe, the Czech Republic and contemporary trends in the prison system.
