Od 20. listopadu 1945 do 1. října 1946 probíhal v německém městě Norimberk první mezinárodní soud se špičkou nacistické elity. Soud je znám pod názvem Norimberský proces, a jako první ze série několika soudních procesů odstartoval poválečné zúčtování se všemi hrůzami, kterých se nacisté dopustili. Abstract:
The first international trials with the Nazi elite took place in Nuremberg, Germany. The Trials were held between 20.11.1945 and 1.10.1946 and are known as the Nuremberg Trials (Die Nürnberger Prozesse). They were a series of military tribunals that started post-war denazification of Germany. The primary aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the fairness of the Nuremberg trials.
