Domain Names and Domain Disputes
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá doménovými jmény a doménovými spory. Zatímco obecná část nabízí teoretická východiska (definuje doménové jméno, podává právní analýzu tohoto pojmu), zvláštní část práce se zaměřuje na rozbor doménových sporů projednávaných českými obecnými soudy a Rozhodčím soudem Hospodářské komory České republiky a Agrární komory České republiky.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with domain names and domain disputes. While general section provides a comprehensive theoretical framework (it defines domain name and gives a legal analysis of the term), special section of the thesis focuses on the analysis of domain disputes heard by Czech courts and Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic …more
