The possibilities of use operatively search means in detecting cybercrime

Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vymezením operativně pátracích prostředků z hlediska současného legislativního právního rámce a z hlediska jejich využitelnosti při odhalování problematiky kybernetické kriminality se zaměřením na dětskou pornografii s uvedením obecných informací ohledně trestných činů s dětskou pornografií souvisejících. V této souvislosti je v závěru práce uvedena případová kazuistika týkající se vybraného trestného činu, ve které je na základě zjištěných informací ze stěžejní části práce poukázáno na odhalování takového případu konkrétním operativně pátracím prostředkem.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the definition of operative search means in terms of the current legislative legal framework and in terms of their usefulness in detecting cybercrime issues with a focus on child pornography with general information in relation to crimes related to child pornography.In this context there is a case report at the end of this work concering to the selected crime in which, based on the information obtained from the main part of the thesis, it is pointed to detecting such a case by a specific operative search means.
