Current Processes of Protection and Informing the Population in Imminent of Threat

Abstract:

Tématem této práce je ochrana obyvatelstva z hlediska včasného informování obyvatel o hrozícím nebezpečí. Míra informovanosti a připravenosti obyvatelstva o možnostech ochrany života, zdraví a majetku se liší především podle míry pravděpodobnosti takové události v dané oblasti. Proto tato práce bude analyzovat možnosti a přístup k informacím na příkladu Prahy, Brna a malých obcí. V práci jsou přiblíženy současné nástroje a metody ochrany a informování obyvatel. Stěžejní část práce je zaměřena na skutečný stav informovanosti obyvatelstva, na zjištění, do jaké míry jsou současné nástroje efektivní. Na základě získaných informací bude práce analyzovat nové možnosti a trendy využívané v zahraničí a možnost jejich implementace v České republice. Účelem práce je nejen popis metodiky ochrany obyvatelstva, ale i vyhodnocení účinnosti takových metod a posouzení realizace nových možností.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is the protection of the population in terms of timely information to the population about the impending danger. The level of information and readiness of the population about the possibilities of protecting life, health and property varies mainly according to the degree of probability of such an event in the area. Therefore, this thesis will analyze the possibilities and access to information on the example of Prague, Brno and other villages. The current tools and methods of protection and information of the population are presented in the thesis. The main part of the thesis is focused on the real state of awareness of the population, to find out to what extent the current tools are effective. Based on the information obtained, the thesis will analyze new opportunities and trends used abroad and the possibility of their implementation in Czech republic. The purpose of the thesis is not only a description of the methodology of population protection, but also an evaluation of the effectiveness of such methods and an assessment of the implementation of new options.
