Bakalářská práce se zabývá psychohygienou učitelů v mateřských školách, ohroženími, kterými jsou pedagogové vystaveni při výkonu svého povolání a také způsoby zvládání zátěžových situací. My bachelor thesis deals with kindergarten teacher's mental hygiene, threads, which teachers have to face within their workflow, and means of managing critical and stressful situations. Thesis also aims on preventative actions to increase teacher's state of mind balance.
