Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá pozdními účinky radioterapie karcinomu prostaty na rektum jako dávku limitující orgán. Srovnává dvě současně používané metody radioterapie a to metodu konformní (3D-CRT) a metodu radioterapie s modulovanou intenzitou (IMRT). Pozdní účinky radioterapie byly počítány pomocí počítačového programu Biogray, který pro výpočet TCP a NTCP používá radiobiologické modely LQ a LKB.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with late effects of radiotherapy of prostate cancer on rectum as dose limiting organ. It compares two currently used methods of radiotherapy, conformal method (3D-CRT) and intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT). Late effects of radiotherapy were computed by computer program Biogray, which uses radiobiologic models LQ and LKB for calculation.
