Optimalizace naprašovaných ZnO:Al vrstev pro flexibilní nanogenerátor napětí

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této práce je optimalizovat depozici ZnO:Al vrstev tak, aby mohly nahradit vrstvu ITO ve flexibilním nanogenerátoru napětí. V úvodu je popsán flexibilní nanogenerátor napětí na bázi ZnO nanostruktur. Dále je popsána problematika transparentních vodivých oxidů (TCO), jejich elektrické a optické vlastnosti a charakterizován je vybraný materiál: oxid zinečnatý dopovaný hliníkem. Předmětem experimentu je analýza vlivu nevodivé mezifázové vrstvy na vlastnosti vrstev AZO a analýza vzorků vytvořených současným naprašováním ze dvou terčů, kde je zkoumán vliv koncentrace kyslíku ve vrstvách na jejich vlastnosti.

Abstract:

The main aim of this work is to optimize the deposition of ZnO:Al layer so that it can replace the ITO layer in the flexible nanogenerator. There is described a flexible nanogenerator based on ZnO nanostructures in the introduction. In the next part are described the transparent conductive oxides (TCOs), their electrical and optical properties and the selected material: aluminium dopped zinc oxide. The subject of the experimental part is to analyze the influence of the non-conducting interfacial layer on the properties of AZO layers and to analyze the samples created by co-sputtering from two targets, where the influence of the concentration of oxygen in the layers on their properties is investigated.
