Extraordinary punishment as a part of Czech penal law and its analysis
Abstract:
Cílem práce je na základě analýzy právní úpravy podmínek udělení a výkonu výjimečného trestu v ČR, jeho sociálních a ekonomických dopadů a případně také komparace s vybranými právními řády jiných evropských zemí zjistit, v čem jsou nedostatky nebo naopak výhody současné právní úpravy výjimečného trestu v ČR.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is on the analysis law adjsutment of conferment and immprisonment in Czech republic, andt its social and economic repercussion, to find what are disadvantages and advantages of present law adjustment of extraordinary punishment in Czech republic.
