Commodity vertical barley

Abstract:

Primární cíl bakalářské práce je vymezit vývoj komoditní vertikály ječmene v prostředí agrobyznysu. Konkrétně charakterizovat jednotlivé trhy související s komoditní vertikálou a také jejich vývoj. První část je zaměřena na základní pojmy, které se vztahují k práci. Prostor je zde věnován definicím agrárnímu trhu a jeho fungování, významu komoditní vertikály a popisu samotného ječmene. V následující části je konkrétně vymezena komoditní vertikála ječmene v ČR. Dále jsou analyzovány faktory na základě statistických dat, které úzce souvisí s trhem dané komodity, a to v rámci světa, Evropské unie a České republiky. Nadcházející část pojednává o zahraničním obchodu České republiky, tedy o exportu a importu. V závěru práce jsou zhodnocena získaná data napříč celou práci. Jde o vývoj osevních ploch, produkce, výnosů, spotřeby, cen a zahraničního obchodu. Výsledky celkového zhodnocení naznačily, že důležitost ječmene na trhu stagnuje až mírně roste. Na růstu má primární podíl trh s pivem.

Abstract:

The primary goal of this bachelor thesis is to define the development of barley as a vertical commodity in an agrobusiness environment. Specifically characterize individual markets, which are related to commodity vertical and its progression. The first part is focused on basic concepts, which are cohered to the thesis as definition of the agricultural market and its working, importance of commodity vertical and barley description. The following part is dedicated to the vertical commodity of barley in Czech Republic. Next section analyzes factors based on statistical data, which are nearly related with market of specific commodity within the world, European Union and Czech Republic. Another part is about international trade of Czech, export and import. In the conclusion, there are evaluated obtain data, which are about development of sown areas, production, yield, cost, foreign trade. The results of the overall evaluation show that importance in market stagnates or slowly increases. The primary growth in the market is due to the production of beer.
