Abstract:
Má bakalářská práce je rozdělená do pěti kapitol. Na začátku práce se zabývám obecným pojetím a původem práva na spravedlivý proces, kde především zdůrazňuji významnou roli Ústavy České republiky a Evropské úmluvy o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod. Abstract:
My bachelor thesis is divided into five chapters. At the beginning of this work I deal with the general concept and the origin of the right to a fair trial, where primarily emphasize the important role the Constitution of the Czech Republic and the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The second chapter provides the history of human rights, since 13 century to the present. …more
