Vo svojej práci sa budem venovať (v rámci rozsahu, ktorý bakalárska práca dovoľuje) základným aspektom ochrany audiovizuálnych autorských práv v Európskej únii (s bližším pohľadom na Českú republiku) a v Spojených štátoch.
