Abstract:
Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá primárním vzděláváním. Mou snahou bylo analyzovat jeho financování a to s ohledem na legislativní vývoj v dané oblasti od počátků reforem veřejné správy, tedy od roku 2003. Ve své práci se však primárně zabývám současným financováním a pokouším se nastínit jeho další vývoj. The submitted bachelor´s thesis is focused on analysis of funding of Semi – budgetary Organizations in Czech republic. One of the efforts is to notice the financing system regard to its legislative development from the beginning of the reform of public administration in 2003.
