Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci jsou popsány obecné informace o tištěné elektronice. Je zde také popsána problematika tisku a vhodné metody pájení pro tištěnou elektroniku. Dále je zde zpracován přehled vhodných tiskových past, inkoustů a pájecích slitin. Praktická část je zaměřena na ověřování úprav povrchu tištěných vrstev pro zvýšení pájitelnosti. This bachelor thesis describes general information about concept of printed electronics. It also compiles problematics of printing and suitable methods of soldering for printed electronics. There is written up a summary of suitable print pastes, inks and soldering alloys.
