Retirement age and old-age pension

Abstract:

The aim of this work is the analysis of the Czech old-age pension. The analysis is based on describing pension internal components and its place in the system of social security and in the pension system. It seems necessary to be interested in present reform of whole system and future developement too. The first part defines the term pension insurance in relation to the terms like social security, pension system and internal system of pension insurance. The main part analyses old-age pension, its internal components and its basic terms like old-age pension scheme and old-age pension formula.
