Abstract:
Diplomová práce řeší problematiku enzymu 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenasy typu 10, konkrétně se zabývá strukturou, funkcí a onemocněními s ní spjatými. Metodická část práce se zaměřuje na přípravu stabilní buněčné linie exprimující protein 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenasu typu 10, což zahrnuje přípravu vektoru, transfekci buněk, přípravu stabilní monoklonální kultury a proteinovou analýzu.
Abstract:
This diploma theses elaborates about the issue of the human enzyme 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 10, specifically it focuses on the structure, function, and the diseases associated with the enzyme. The objective of the methodological part is the preparation of a stable cell line expressing the protein 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 10.
