Návrh vnitropodnikového metodického předpisu se zaměřením na organizační procesy společností v sektoru energetiky

Abstract:

Cílem práce je identifikovat významnosti vnitropodnikových předpisů v sektoru energetika, vyhodnotit současný stav nově vznikající pobočky a vypracovat návrh vnitropodnikového metodického předpisu pro daný sektor. V práci je využita obsahová analýza, vedené rozhovory s respondenty z různých úrovní společnosti, komparativní metoda předpisů napříč společnostmi a socio-ekonomická analýza energetického průmyslu. V rámci tří stupňů společnosti od matky ČEZ, a. s. přes dceru – ČEZ Prodej, a. s. až po vnučku společnost XY, byl zjištěn námět na zlepšení v oblasti systému řízení dokumentů na nejnižší úrovni analyzované struktury koncernu. Námět na zlepšení vychází ze současného způsobu seznamování zaměstnanců s interní řídící dokumentací, která probíhá pouze mailovou korespondencí, případně jsou dokumenty vloženy na firemní platformu Sharepoint, bez dalšího upozornění a nutnosti seznámení se s aktuálními dokumenty. Přínosem práce je upozornění na absenci workflow v systému řízení interní dokumentace, které může přispět k rozšíření a zkvalitnění zavedených procesů, produktů a služeb a zvýšení výkonnosti společností v rámci velkých koncernů.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to identify the relevance of internal regulations in the energy sector, to evaluate the current status of the newly established branch and to develop a proposal for an internal methodological regulation for the sector. The thesis uses content analysis, guided interviews with respondents from different levels of the company, comparative method of regulations such as companies and socio-economic analysis of the energy industry. Within the three levels of the company, from the mother company – CEZ, a. s. to the daughter company - CEZ sales, a. s. to the granddaughter company XY, a theme for improvement in the document management system at the lowest level of the analyzed group structure was found. The suggestion for improvement is based on the current method of familiarizing employees with internal management documentation, which is done only by e-mail correspondence, or the documents are uploaded to the company's Sharepoint platform, without further notification and the need to familiarize oneself with the actual documents. The contribution of this thesis is to highlight the absence of workflow in the internal documentation management system, which can contribute to the expansion and improvement of established processes, products and services, and increase the performance of companies within large concerns. The biggest limitation of the thesis, was the pivotal access to information.
