Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje technologii chovu nosnic se zaměřením na krmítka, pítka a osvětlení. Cílem této práce je návrh a porovnání nejvhodnější technologie se zaměřením na cenu a efektivitu. Mezi hodnocenou technologii patří sila, dopravníky, krmítka, pítka a osvětlení, včetně doplňkové technologie. Teoretická část se věnuje vývoji drůbeže, především slepic. Dále jsou zkoumány potřeby drůbeže a konkrétní technologie, která má pomoci tyto potřeby uspokojit. Začátek aplikační část se obecně zabývá návrhem Biofarmy Chýnov – zvolené lokaci, použitým materiálům a technickému zařízení budovy. Dále se práce zaměřuje na budovu „A“, což je vnitřní výběh pro nosnice. První otázka v aplikační části je věnována krmítkům a pítkům, která budou v této části objektu navržena. Druhá otázka řeší umělé osvětlené, které bude navrženo ve dvou variantách a dvou barevnostech dle ČSN EN 12464-1. Veškeré varianty budou porovnány a na základě podkladů se v závěrečné části vybere nejvhodnější technologie pro Biofarmu Chýnov.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the technology of laying hen breeding with a focus on feeders, drinkers and lighting. The aim of this thesis is to design and compare the most suitable technology with a focus on cost and efficiency. The evaluated technology includes silos, conveyors, feeders, drinkers and lighting, including supplementary technology. The theoretical part is devoted to the development of poultry, mainly hens. The needs of poultry and the specific technology to help meet those needs are also examined. The beginning of the application part generally deals with the design of the Chýnov Biofarm – the chosen location, the materials used and the technical equipment of the building. The work also focuses on building "A", which is the indoor run for laying hens. The first question in the application part is dedicated to the feeders and drinkers that will be designed in this part of the building. The second question deals with artificial lighting, which will be designed in two variants and two colours according to EN 12464-1. All variants will be compared and the most suitable technology for the Chýnov Biofarm will be selected in the final part based on the documents.
