The specifics of evacuating people with various typs of disabilities from places of extraordinary evants using aviation technology

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spojenou s evakuací uvíznutých osob s různým druhem disability na lanové dráze s technickou poruchou. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část analyzuje problematiku letecké evakuace, mimořádné události a disabilitu osob. Praktická část se zaměřuje na postupy evakuace na území České republiky z kabinkové a sedačkové lanové dráhy, vybavení a vystroj záchranářů a letecké prostředky. Pro tuto práci je vymezen vrtulník jako letecký prostředek. V poslední části je provedena analýza rizik pomocí univerzální matice rizikové analýzy (UMRA). Po vyhodnocení výsledků a zjištěných nedostatků jsou navržena doporučení ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on issues related to the evacuation of stranded persons with various types of disabilities from a cableway with a technical failure. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part analyzes the issue of air evacuation, extraordinary events and disability of persons. The practical part deals with the evacuation from a cableway cabinet located in the Czech Republic. Furthermore it also focuses on ropeways and chairlifts, equipment and gear of rescuers and aerial vehicles. A helicopter is defined as an aerial vehicle for this thesis. In the last part of the thesis is performed a risk analysis using the Universal Risk Analysis Matrix (UMRA). After evaluating the results and identification of deficiencies, recommendations are proposed to improve the current state.
