Diplomová práce „Type, token, autorské právo“ nahlíží specifickým pohledem na aktuální otázku ochrany uměleckého díla pomocí autorského práva. Postupně je představována problematika sémiotiky, ochrany duševního vlastnictví a ontologie uměleckého díla, aby postupně došlo k využití poznatků ze všech tří oborů v úvaze o vzájemných rozporech a shodách v nahlížení na ochranu duševního vlastnictví. Diploma thesis Type, Token, Copyright deals – in a specific way – with an issue of protection of art work by copyright. Relevant concepts of semiotics are introduced: e.g. intellectual property protection, ontology of art, law application.
