Determination of Natrium Chloride Content in Samples of Mustard
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi stanovení chloridu sodného v hořčici. Jako jedna z metod použití byla vybrána komplexometrická titrace podle Votočka. Metoda komplexometrické titrace byla použita na každý druh vybraných hořčic.
Abstract:
This bachalor thesis is concerned with determination of natrium chloride in mustard. Complex-metrics titration according to Votoček has been chosen as one of the methods offered. The method of comlex-metrics titration was applied for each kind of named mustards.
