Usage of cash-flow models for calculation of the intrinsic value
Abstract:
Tématem mé práce je analýza využití cash flow modelů pro stanovení vnitřní hodnoty akcií. V první části představím fundamentální analýzu, dividendové diskontní modely, cash flow modely a vstupy potřebné k výpočtům. V druhé části využiji předchozí znalosti ke stanovení vnitřní hodnoty společností Wal-Mart a IBM. Nakonec všechny modely porovnám a analyzuji možnosti jejich využití.
Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis is to analyze usage of cash-flow models for calculation of the intrinsic value. The first part is focused on fundamental analysis, dividend discount models, discounted cash flow models and components needed for calculation. In the second part I use this knowledge to determine the intrinsic value of Wal-Mart and IBM. Models, used for calculation, are then compared to each …more
