Bakalárska práca je zameraná na logistické procesy v systéme verejnej dopravy obyvateľstva. Zaoberá sa dôkladnou analýzou a optimalizáciou logistických procesov v mestskej hromadnej doprave. Práca poskytuje teoretický základ, detailnú analýzu súčasného stavu a navrhuje konkrétne zlepšenia pre spoločnosť Arriva na Slovensku.
