Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o proměnách vinařství v oblasti Slavkova u Brna ve 20. a na počátku 21. století. Cílem práce je srovnání, jak se proměnilo vinařství a vinohradnictví mezi uvedeným časovým úsekem. Je popsána proměna nástrojů používaných při zpracování vína a obdělávání vinohradu. The bachelor thesis deals with the changes in viticulture in the Slavkov u Brna area in the 20th and early 21st century. The aim of the work is to compare how viticulture and viticulture changed between the mentioned time period. The transformation of tools used in wine processing and vineyard cultivation is described.
