Innovation of adhesive technology side windows of the bus body

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a ověřením možností použití nových lepidel pro technologii lepení bočního zasklení skeletu autobusu. Popisuje provedené adhezní a pevnostní smykové zkoušky z pohledu možností použití vybraných lepidel v kombinaci s lakovaným povrchem skeletu vozu, olakovaným rámem okna a sklem s keramickým rámečkem, které se reálně na autobusech používají a pro jejichž lepení jsou vybrány. Zabývá se i problematikou možnosti úniku VOC při použití jednotlivých vybraných lepidel.

Abstract:

The submitted diploma thesis describes the design and verification of applications of new adhesives for gluing technology of the side windows on the bus skeleton.Describing the adhesion and shear strength tests from the perspective of possibility using combinations of adhesives and surfaces, which are really used in conditions of bus process production and which are selected for process. There are the painted skeleton of vehicle, the painted frame of window and the glass with ceramic frame. Thesis deals with the issue of the potential leakage VOC by selected adhesives.
