Saturation human needs in young adulthood

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaobírá oblastí saturace potřeby bezpečí u člověka v mladé dospělosti. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, čím je saturována potřeba bezpečí u studentů vysokých škol v mladé dospělosti a jaké rozdíly v saturaci potřeby bezpečí vykazují čeští a španělští studenti. Práce obsahuje kapitoly věnované životním potřebám člověka, kde je potřeba bezpečí zasazena do kontextu psychologických struktur. Dále poskytuje základní informace o období mladé dospělosti, neboť výzkumným vzorkem jsou jedinci v daném vývojovém období. Výzkumná část práce disponuje informacemi o užité metodologii v kvalitativním směru, tj. využití metody rozhovoru, dále o strategii zakotvené teorii a jejím následným užitím ke zpracování získaných dat. Data sestávají z 9 rozhovorů od vysokoškolských studentů z České republiky, a 9 rozhovorů Španělském království a jejich vzájemná komparace. Vzniklý soubor a jeho hypotézy mohou být nosnou půdou, pro další pokračování ve výzkumu třeba i v kvantitativním směru sběru dat.

Abstract:

Thesis deals with saturation of the safety need in people at the stage of young adulthood. It finds out how this need is saturated in university students and what differences there are between Czech and Spanish students. Chapters dedicated to human needs in general are included, with the safety need grounded in the context of psychological structures. Information about the stage of young adulthood is supplied. The research part of the thesis points to qualitative direction methods, i. e. the interview method, and to the used strategy of anchored theory bringing the received data. These data include 9 interviews with Czech and 9 with Spanish students; consequently, they are compared. The resulting file and its hypotheses can become a base for other research, e. g. in the quantitative direction of data collection.
