Abstract:
Práce se věnuje právní analýze pravidel nakládání s komunálním majetkem, současně s popisem vývoje právní úpravy po roce 1989, pravidel hospodaření s komunálním majetkem, prováděné kontroly a srovnání se slovenskou právní úpravou.
Abstract:
The thesis is dedicated to the legal analysis of the rules for disposal of municipal property, simultaneously with the description of the development of the legislation after 1989, the rules for management of municipal property, the inspections of disposal of municipal property and comparison with the Slovak legislation.
