Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá delikvencí mladistvých. Po vymezení pojmů spojených s tématem popisuje práce faktory, které zvyšují pravděpodobnost delikventní činnosti u mladistvých či k ní přímo vedou. Dále se zabývá činy, kterých se mladiství nejčastěji dopouští a také opatřeními, používanými jako způsob trestu pro mladistvé. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with juvenile delinquency. After defining the concepts related to the topic, the thesis describes the factors that increase the likelihood of delinquent activity among juveniles or directly lead to it.
