Together against corruption in Europe

Abstract:

Korupce provází lidstvo od nepaměti. V posledních desetiletích se páchání korupčních deliktů díky společenských změnám, technologickému pokroku a přemisťování zahraničního kapitálu začalo týkat velkých hodnot a přesáhlo nejen hranice států, ale i kontinentů. K řešení tohoto globálního problému nestačí plánovat a realizovat protikorupční strategie na národní úrovni, ale je třeba mezinárodní spolupráce. K dosažení vyšší efektivity potírání korupce v Evropě je nutná harmonizace trestního práva jednotlivých členských států, vzájemná informovanost a přebírání zkušeností a dobré praxe zemí, které jsou korupcí ohroženy nejméně. K realizaci opatření a doporučení vyplývajících z mezinárodních úmluv vládami jednotlivých států je však především třeba politická vůle.

Abstract:

Corruption is a part of human being life from time out of mind. In the last decades commision of corruption crimes thanks to social changes, technology progress and a transfer of foreign capital, became concerning to the huge dimension of financial amount. This fact and progress overran not only the state borders but also the borders of continets. To solve this global problem isn´t enough to plan and realize national incorruption strategies, there is necessary international cooperation. To achieve better quality of corruption disposal in Europe it needs to unit the crown - law of EU members, mutually be well – informed and transfer good experiences is important, first of all from the countries whose exposure of corruption is the lowest. To realize those actions and recommendation mentioned above needs to begin with universal political will.
