Abstract:

Bakalářská práce nese název Genderové stereotypy v pečujících profesích- případová studie NNP VIA s.r.o. Cílem práce je analýza NNP VIA s.r.o., přičemž hlavní pozornost bude věnována vnímání genderových stereotypů na pracovišti zaměstnanci vybraného zdravotnického zařízení. Práce bude sledovat a hodnotit názory genderově nevyrovnaného kolektivu v organizaci, ale taktéž přinese obecný nástin teoretických poznatků potřebných k pochopení dané problematiky. Výzkumné šetření v organizaci taktéž přinese svými výsledky návrhy na opatření, které by mohly vést k úspěšnější týmové kooperaci a zvyšovaly tím produktivitu a kvalitu odvedené práce.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis entitled Gender stereotypes in the caring professions- case study NNP VIA s.r.o. The aim is the analysis NNP VIA s.r.o., the main attention will be paid to the perception of gender stereotypes in the workplace employees of selected medical equipment. The work will monitor and evaluate the views of gender-unbalanced team in the organization, but also bring the general outline of the theoretical knowledge needed to understand the given issue. The research in the organization also brings its results proposals for measures that could lead to a more successful team cooperation and increase the productivity and quality of work done.
