Abstract:
Platební styk je v České republice upraven Zákonem č. 124/2002 Sb., o platebním styku. Tento zákon definuje základní pojmy platebního styku jako je např. instituce, převod, příkaz k převod, den účinnosti příkazu, přeshraniční převod. The Payment System in the Czech Republic is regulated by the Act No. 124/2002 Coll., on Transfers of Funds, Electronic Payment Instruments and Payment Systems (hereinafter referred to as the “Payment System Act”). This Act defines the basic concepts of Payment System as Institutions, Transfer, Transfer order, The “date of effectiveness” of a transfer order, Cross-border transfer.
