Středověká pseudo-bazilika Debra Maryam Qorqor nacházející se v trapovém pohoří Gharalta, patří do skupiny tzv. skalních kostelů. Tyto stavby jsou koncentrované zejména v centrální části etiopského regionu Tigray, kde vytvářejí jeho specifický stavební kolorit. The Medieval pseudo-basilica Debra Maryam Qorqor located in the Gheralta rift mountain range is one among the Ethiopian rock churches. These buildings are concentrated mainly in the central and eastern parts of the Ethiopian region of Tigray, where together they make up its distinctive architectural ambience.
