Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na existenci polygamie v islámském náboženství. Historii islámu jako náboženství, Korán a postavení ženy v islámském světě. V metodologické části jsou podrobně rozebrány konkrétní literární prameny, o které jsem se opírala v teoretické části mé bakalářské práce. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je nahlédnutím do vzniku islámu jako náboženství, Koránu a jeho pilířů, islámské rodiny. Dále do polygamie, jejího vzniku, její existence v jiných náboženstvích a do současného pohledu na polygamii v konkrétních islámských zemích.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the existence of polygamy in the Islamic religion. The history of Islam as a religion, the Koran and the status of a woman in the Islamic world. In the methodology section, the specific literary sources that I relied on for the theoretical part of my bachelor's thesis are discussed in detail. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is an insight into the emergence of Islam as a religion, the Koran and its pillars, the Islamic family. Further into polygamy, its origins, existence in other religions, and the current view of polygamy in particular Islamic countries.
