Diplomová práce je tvořena částí teoretickou a praktickou. Autorka se v teoretické části své práce věnuje degenerativním onemocněním rohovky a způsoby jejich diagnostiky. Praktická část je zaměřena na srovnání závislosti mezi změnou tloušťky rohovky a poloměrem zakřivení u ektatického degenerativního onemocnění keratokonus. This thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part of the work author deals with corneal degenerative diseases and methods for their diagnosis. The practical part focuses on the comparison of dependence between the change in corneal thickness and curvature radius of ectasia degenerative keratoconus.
