Zkrácená podjazyková uzdička může vzhledem ke svému umístění ovlivňovat několik okolních struktur a funkcí. S ohledem na kojení novorozenců a kojenců se může stát překážkou v kvalitní a bezbolestné laktaci. The tongue tie can, due to their location, affect several nearby structures and functions. With regard to breastfeeding of newborns and infants, it can become an obstacle to quality and painless lactation. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the anatomy of this area, on the pathophysiological course of admission and sucking of children and on the subsequent solution of the problem.
