Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována tématu změny firemní kultury. Zaměřuje se na praktické využití teoretických znalostí a obsahuje celkem čtyři části, ve kterých se autorka propracovává komplexní problematikou změny podnikové kultury.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the topic of corporate culture change. It focuses on practical usage of theoretical knowledge and is made from four sections in which the author navigates through the complex problems of corporate culture change.
