Abstract:
Trogocytóza je jedním ze způsobů přenosu intercelulárních proteinů, při kterém dochází k přenosu celých membránových fragmentů mezi buňkami. Přenos mezi buňkami nemusí být reciproký. Přijetím membránových fragmentů spolu s proteiny se mění fenotyp, v některých případech i funkce imunitní buňky. Abstract:
Trogocytosis is one of the mechanism for the transfer of intercellular proteins, in which entire membrane fragments are transferred between the cells. This transfer does not have to be reciprocal. When immune cells uptake membrane fragments with proteins, it changes phenotype and in some cases it can change their cellular function.
