Catherine of Siena: letters to the merchants and to the artisans
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the 23 letters which Catherine of Siena (1347-1380) wrote to some merchants and artisans. These letters are gathered in the Epistolary, together with other approximately 350 letters that Catherine wrote to the addresees of various social origin and provenance. Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou 23 dopisů, které Kateřina Sienská (1347-1380) napsala některým obchodníkům a řemeslníkům. Tyto dopisy jsou shromážděny v Epistoláři, společně s dalšími přibližně 350 listy, jež Kateřina napsala adresátům nejrůznějšího sociálního původu.
