Italsko - české vztahy na příkladu exportu italské gastronomie do České republiky

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahy mezi Itálii a Českou repulikou na příkladu exportu italské gastronomie do České republiky. Teoretická část popisuje obecně hlavní aspekty italské gastronomie a vztahy mezi Itálií a Českou republikou. Soustřeďuje se na všechny takové vztahy, které mají něco společného s gastronomií. Analytická část práce se zakládá na dotaznících a detailní analýze italské gastronomie v České republice. Hlavní cíl práce je zjistit, zda italská gastronomie v České republice je skutečně italská. Dalším cílem je odhalit, do jaké míry jsou stravovací návyky Čechů, kteří navštěvují italské restaurace, ovlivněny italskými stravovacími návyky.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with relations between Italy and the Czech republic on the example of exportanion of Italian gastronomy to the Czech republic. The theoretical part tries to describe the principal aspects of Italian gastronomy in general terms and the relations between Italy and the Czech republic. It's concentrated on all the relations that have something in commom with gastronomy. The analytical part is based on questionnaires and quite a detailed analysis of Italian gastronomy in the Czech republic. The principal goal of the thesis is to find out whether the Italian gastronomy in the Czech republic is really Italian. Another aim is to reveal to which extent the eating habits of Czech people visiting Italian restaurants are influenced by Italian ones.

Abstract:

La tesi di laurea tratta delle relazioni tra l'Italia e la Repubblica Ceca sul modello dell'esportazione della gatronomia italiana nella Repubblica Ceca. La parte teorica si sforza di descrivere i principali aspetti della gastronomia italiana in termini generali e le relazioni tra l'Italia e la Repubblica Ceca. Si concentra su tutte le relazioni che hanno qualcosa di comune con la gastronomia. La parte analitica é elaborata mediante i questionari e un'analisi abbastanza dettagliata della gastronomia italiana nella Repubblica Ceca. L'obiettivo primario della tesi é scoprire se la gastronomia italiana nella Repubblica Ceca é realmente italiana. L'altro obiettivo é rivelare quanto le consuetudini alimentari dei Cechi, che frequentano i ristoranti italiani nella Repubblica Ceca, siano influenzate da quelle italiane.
