Cílem této diplomová práce je vytvoření projektu, zabývající se možností zavedení a uplatnění modelu EFQM excelence ve vybrané společnosti. Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, ve které je vypracována literární rešerše na zadané téma a část praktickou, kde je uvedena analýza současného stavu podniku.
