Cílem této práce je zmapovat a zhodnotit změny obecné části závazkových vztahů v návrhu občanského zákoníku (návrh OZ) oproti stávajícímu právní úpravě. Návrh OZ je mimo to také porovnán s Draft Common Frame of Reference vyjadřující evropské představy o závazkovém právu. The aim of this work is to monitor and evaluate changes in the general commercial obligations in the new Civil Code compared to the current legal situation.
