Význam recenzních systémů pro cestovní ruch

The value of review systems in tourism
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na tématiku významu recenzních systémů v cestovním ruchu. Analyzuje hotelové recenzní systémy dle specifikovaných kritérií. Cílem práce je ukázat, že recenzní systémy jsou významným zdrojem informací pro rozhodování spotřebitele při online nakupování produktů či služeb v odvětví cestovního ruchu. Součástí práce je nastínit budoucí trendy v oblasti recenzních systémů.
Abstract:
The thesis concentrates on tourism review systems value. It analyses hotel review systems according to specific criteria. The aim is to show the significance of these systems in customer decision-making during online purchasing. Part of the thesis is to outline the future in review system trends.
