The future of small municipalities in the Czech Republic between amalgamation and more intensive inter-municipal cooperation
Abstract:
Práce přináší zhodnocení dosavadních snah o slučování obcí v České republice, a nabízí srovnání především s novými spolkovými zeměmi Spolkové republiky Německo, zejména s Durynskem. Dále přináší přehled o formách meziobecní spolupráce. V empirické části analyzuje hodnotí postoje představitelů obcí, které vznikly (byly znovu obnoveny) po roce 1993.
Abstract:
The thesis provides an evaluation of the efforts in amalgation of municipalities in the Czech Republic, and offers a comparison mainly with the new federal states of the Federal Republic of Germany, especially with Thuringia.
