Abstract:
Schizofrenie je závažná neurovývojová porucha, charakterizována halucinacemi, bludy a kognitivním deficitem a postihuje téměř jedno procento populace na celém světě. Genetické studie rodin, dvojčat a adopční studie potvrzují, že genetický faktor hraje významnou roli v etiologii této poruchy. Abstract:
Schizophrenia is a severe neurodevelopment disorder characterized by hallucinations, delusions and cognitive deficits, with a prevalence of approximately 1%. Family, twin and adoption studies confirm that genetic factors play a significant role in the etiology of this disorder.
