Exchange rates changes and its influence to the company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem změny devizového kurzu na finanční situaci konkrétní exportní společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definice pojmů jako devizový kurz, devizový trh, kurzový rozdíl, druhy kurzových rizik nebo metody zajištění kurzového rizika. V praktické čísti je představena společnost, její finanční analýza a změny při kolísání měnového kurzu. Na závěr jsou uvedeny návrhy na zajištění proti kurzovému riziku. Pro teoretickou část autorka využila metodu rešerše literatury. Praktická část čerpá z finančních výkazů společnosti. Cílem práce je na základě finanční analýzy konkrétní společnosti a následného stanovení zjistit, do jaké míry společnost ovlivňují změny devizových kurzů a jak se proti nim chrání. Součástí práce budou také návrhy na možná zajištění proti kurzovým rizikům.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of exhange rate changes on financial situation of a specific export company. The work is divided into two parts. The teoretical part is focused on definitions of exchange rate, exchange market, exchange rate difference, types of exchange rate differences and methods of security exchange rate differences. The practical part of this bachelor thesis introduces the company, its analysis and development during changes of exchange rates. The conclusion suggestrs possibilities of how to protect against exchange rate differences. The teoretical part is based on literature review. The practical part is derived from financial reports of the company. The aim of this thesis is, based on financial analyses of a specific company and subsequent diagnoses, to find out to which extend is the company influenced by exchange rate changes and how is the company protected against such influence. The thesis also contains proposals how to secure the company against exchange rate changes.
