The main goal of the presented final thesis is to create a business plan for a gastronomic enterprise based on the analysis of the surroundings, with an emphasis on the financial plan. Hlavným zámerom predkladanej záverečnej práce je na základe analýzy okolia vytvorenie podnikateľského plánu gastronomického podniku s dôrazom na finančný plán. Na vypracovanie tejto bakalárskej práce sme uplatnili metódy výskumu, ako napríklad: komparácia, analýza konkurencie, dedukcia a neskôr tieto dáta boli aplikované pri spracovaní podnikateľského plánu.
