Abstract:

The main goal of the presented final thesis is to create a business plan for a gastronomic enterprise based on the analysis of the surroundings, with an emphasis on the financial plan. To develop this bachelor's thesis, we applied research methods, such as: comparison, competition analysis, deduction, and later these data were applied in the processing of the business plan. The bachelor thesis is divided into four separate parts. The first part of the work pays attention to the basic concepts in the field of business, which is understood as the activity of the company. We can divide the businesses themselves based on the types and forms of their business. The entrepreneur, who is either a natural person or a legal entity, also plays an important role in the process. All this is part of the business environment, which is a key condition that affects the competitiveness and growth of a market economy. The second chapter of the thesis deals with the business plan, the document that conveys the first and most important impression about the company. The third part of the work is devoted to the creation of a concrete business plan and the essence is the creation of your own gastronomic enterprise. The last, fourth part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the financial plan of our restaurant, where we paid attention to the calculation of all costs and the sales plan, based on which we could calculate the economic result. At the end of this work, we evaluated whether this business plan will be interesting for the investor or not.

Abstract:

Hlavným zámerom predkladanej záverečnej práce je na základe analýzy okolia vytvorenie podnikateľského plánu gastronomického podniku s dôrazom na finančný plán. Na vypracovanie tejto bakalárskej práce sme uplatnili metódy výskumu, ako napríklad: komparácia, analýza konkurencie, dedukcia a neskôr tieto dáta boli aplikované pri spracovaní podnikateľského plánu. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená do štyroch samostatných častí. Prvá časť práce venuje pozornosť základným pojmom v oblasti podnikania, ktorou sa rozumie činnosť podniku. Samotné podniky môžeme deliť na základe druhov a foriem ich podnikania. Dôležitú úlohu v procese zohráva aj podnikateľ, ktorý je buď fyzickou alebo právnickou osobou. Toto všetko je súčasťou podnikateľského prostredia, ktoré je kľúčovou podmienkou, ktorá ovplyvňuje konkurencieschopnosť a rast trhovej ekonomiky. Druhá kapitola práce sa zaoberá podnikateľským plánom, čiže dokumentom, ktorý sprostredkováva prvý a najdôležitejší dojem o firme. Tretia časť práce sa venuje vytvoreniu konkrétneho podnikateľského plánu a podstatou je vytvorenie vlastného gastronomického podniku. Posledná, štvrtá časť bakalárskej práce je zamerená na finančný plán našej reštaurácie, kde sme upriamili pozornosť na výpočet všetkých nákladov a plán tržieb, na zakláde čoho sme mohli vypočítať výsledok hospodárenia. V závere tejto práce sme zhodnotili, či tento podnikateľský plán bude pre investora zaujimavý alebo naopak nie.
