Abstract:

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je zabezpečení žen v těhotenství a mateřství a osob pečujících o děti. Tato práce se skládá z osmi kapitol, ve které tuto problematiku popisuji. V úvodu práce se zabývám historickým vývojem sociálního zabezpečení v České republice. V dalších kapitolách se podrobně zabývám například zabezpečení žen v těhotenství a mateřství z pohledu mezinárodního práva. V práci definuji jednotlivé dávky sociálního podpory a nemocenského pojištění. V závěru se zabývám porovnáním České a Slovenské republiky z pohledu sociálního zabezpečení.

Abstract:

The subject of my magister's thesis is the security of women pregnancy during and motherhood and people taking care of children.This thesis consists of eight chapters in which I'm describing this problem.In the introduction I am focusing on historical evolution of social security in the Czech Republic.In the following chapters I am focusing for example on the security of women during pregnancy and in a maternity leave from the point of view of the international law.In the thesis I define the individual unemployment benefits and sickness insurance.In the conclusion of my thesis I focus on the difference in social security between the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
