Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou prodeje pohonných hmot a souvisejícími možnými daňovými úniky na DPH a spotřební dani z minerálních olejů. Jsou navržena koncepční řešení při výběru a správě daní, a při kontrolách.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with fuel sale and related possible avoidances regarding value added tax and consumption tax on mineral oils. Conceptual solutions concerning tax collection, administration and audit are proposed.
